Lorin is one of the co-owners and founders of Skin Studio Spas. Working in the Beauty Industry for over 5 years, she knows how important it is to stay on top of new trends and perfecting her skills. Lorin has trained with celebrity makeup artists and certified in different beauty services. These skills were applied while working in various industry settings such as New York Fashion Week, Vogue Online, and assisting on a television show, “A Wedding Show," that aired in Ohio. She is known to bring out the natural beauty of her clients and photographers enjoy working with her since the photos require little to no editing.
All forms should be filled out prior to the appointment. Should there be an issue with completing the form, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any known allergies should be communicated. By not acknowledging these known allergies, the client releases the esthetician of any reactions that occur during or following the service. Pregnant clients should acknowledge that they are with child so that proper accommodations can be made to protect the fetus.
We require credit card information and a nonrefundable retainer to retain your requested date and time for any service. The nonrefundable retainer is 35% of the service requested which goes towards the balance of the service. The remaining balance is due after service is completed. A refund of the retainer is given when a cancellation is requested by the client 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled after 24 hours, the client can transfer their deposit to a rescheduled appointment 3 months out. However, should the client cancel this rescheduled appointment for any reason or the appointment is rescheduled past 3 months then the deposit will be lost and the card on file will be charged 100%. Cancelling 1 hour prior to the appointment will result in deposit lost and the client must repay deposit for rescheduled or new appointment. All Groupons clients must give Groupon voucher number before appointment. Should you no call/no show or cancel your appointment 1 hour before, we will redeem your Groupon. However, you may reschedule this Groupon service but you will owe a balance of $25 that must be paid prior to service.
