Paula Ortiz is the co-owner and founder of Skin Studio Spas. She is a US Army Veteran and NYS Licensed Esthetician. Paula has worked in the healthcare field for over 9 years as a Medical Assistant and decided to evolve her talents into the skincare industry. Graduate of New York Institute of Beauty, Paula continues educating herself in various non–invasive skin care treatments that will provide optimal results with minimal downtime. All the while addressing clients skin care concerns from a holistic and cosmeceutical approach.

Appointments canceled due to sickness/being around someone sick at any time before or at time of service, please notify us and we can reschedule your appointment. We do ask that your appointment be rescheduled 3 weeks after your original request to ensure you are without symptoms and minimize any possible exposure to staff. We require a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellation, appointments canceled during this timeframe can receive a full refund. If an emergency should arise the day of your appointment, please notify us ASAP and we will reschedule. Should this be a reoccurrence, NO refund will be given and a new appointment should be scheduled/payment made to book. If you DO NOT contact us or NO SHOW to your appointment, NO refund will be given and a new appointment should be scheduled/payment made to book.
Full payment in advance is required for appointments scheduled. Payments can be collected over the phone, paid through our booking system or Zelle. Should you upgrade your service or purchase retail at the time of the visit, we do accept credit/debit cards as well as Zelle. If you have a voucher number or gift certificate, you must provide to schedule your appointment.
